Address: The profession of making Lai Vung fermented pork rolls is located in densely populated
areas, along National Highway 54 and 80 and in Tan Thanh commune, Lai Vung district.
Households: Currently, Lai Vung district has more than 12 establishments and households

participated in the making Nem Chua with more than 200 workers is making Nem Lai
Vung; Mostly concentrated in Tan Thanh commune, Long Hau and Lai Vung town.
In 2019, the Intellectual Property Office of Vietnam issued a Protective certificate in
using brand "Dong Thap Specialty - Nem Lai Vung". Ten establishments in the have
been used this certificate to sell, advertise and promote fermented pork rolls.
Currently, there are 11 fermented pork rolls products from 03 establishments
recognized by the Provincial People's Committee to meet OCOP 03-star
standards.
